Our founder, Fred Murko, established Virginia Prosthetics in Roanoke in 1966 after he saw a steadily growing need for quality, compassionate care in Southwest Virginia, balanced with the lastest technology advancements in the O&P field.
Fred's early vision and our continued commitment to his unwavering principle of quality patient care, have led to Virginia Prosthetics today being the largest O&P provider in Virginia with 13 locations throughout Virginia and North Carolina.
